Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be Happy! So if for some reason you are not happy with the order you have placed with us, we want to make it right! We love our wonderful customers and we want to take care of you, so that shopping with DeJaVu is always a fun experience!
  • Please take a look at our simple return & exchange policy below.
  • All return packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us. 
  • Please allow one week (5 business days) for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package. 
  • Refunds can be issued to your original payment method only.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.
PLEASE BE AWARE: Any purchases from our SALE category are considered to be FINAL SALES.
You cannot return or exchange these items. 

You cannot return or exchange if: 
We have received your return package 30 days after the purchase date
If the items you ordered have been worn or washed
You cannot return an item purchased in our Seaside, PierPark, or Fairhope store to our Online Store.

Making a Return or Exchange is so easy! (we do not give store credit for online returns, we will credit your card back the full amount)
1) Send us an email to customerservice@shopdejavu.com
2) Receive a return label from us.  (We only supply return labels if the items you received is damaged or if we shipped you the incorrect item.  Otherwise you are responsible to take care of the return shipping cost.)
3) Pack your items and mail it to us
4) Receive a refund upon the delivery (shipping is non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item or we made a shipping error)
